SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Shipment of goods within Canada will be sent with Canada Post for a flat-rate fee of $15.00 CAD. 

$5 LOCAL SHIPPING option is ONLY available for orders with a London, Ontario address. Use code "LOCAL" at checkout for $10 off. Any orders with incorrect shipping selection will require rectification before shipment is sent.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
 
Damaged items: Contact us at nailtechsocialclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery  (via tracking number). Pictures of damaged or defective items will be required for assessment before a replacement is sent. 
 
Incorrect goods:  If you do not receive all the items you ordered or if you have received an incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to rectify the situation. Please contact us at nailtechsocialclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (via tracking number). 
 
Lost items: Contact us at nailtechsocialclub@gmail.com as soon as you notice any significant delays in shipping. We will determine a resolution based on situational circumstances.
